Our foster families offer a safe, loving home where our rescued greyhounds and lurchers can learn the basics (i.e. toilet training, walks, routine, feeding, what “NO” means, etc.). From our foster carers we learn so much more about these individual dogs; their likes and dislikes, their personalities, their habits and patterns and this makes it easier for our rehoming coordinator to make the best possible match to a family for these dogs. We cannot succeed without foster carers! Sometimes we need a long-term foster home for one of our dogs who may have lifetime health problems.
